1. For Hindi and English Stenographers-

Hindi Stenographers (881 Vacancies)– Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 80 w.p.m. in short hand and 30 w.p.m in Typing both in Hindi along with CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25/30 w.p.m for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer.
For English Stenographers (305 Vacancies)– Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 100 w.p.m. in short hand and 40 w.p.m in Typing both in English along with CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25/30 w.p.m for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer.

2. For Junior Assistant and Paid Apprentice (Clerical Cadre) Posts–

For Junior Assistant- Intermediate with special knowledge of Urdu and Hindi alongwith a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25 w.p.m for Hindi and 30 w.p.m. for English Typewriting on Computer.
For Paid Apprentice- Intermediate with CCC Certificates issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25 w.p.m for Hindi and 30 w.p.m. for English Typewriting on Computer.

3. For Driver Category C Grade IV Posts-

Must have passed High School from a recognized Institution.
Must possess a valid driving license to drive a four wheeler for a period of not less than 3 years preceding the date on which the vacancy is notified.

4. For Group D Posts :

There are many types of Group D posts for which different qualifications have been prescribed. Candidates must go through through the official notification to know more about eligibility criteria.
