Pattern and Syllabus of Examination-
SEBI Grade A (Legal) or SEBI law officer exam will be conducted in 2 phases followed by an interview. The syllabus for both the phases is given below.
Syllabus of Phase I-

Aggregate Cut Off (for Phase II) – 50%
Please note that candidates equaling 3 times the number of vacancies shall be shortlisted, in order of merit, for Phase III i.e. the Interview.
