Staff Selection Commission has released SSC CGL form for the year 2022. Interested candidates can fill SSC CGL form by clicking on the link at the end of the post. The last date for submitting the form is 08 October 2022 which is now extended till 13 October 2022. However candidates must not wait for the last date as there will be heavy load on the site on the last date and it is possible that site may not open on last date due to heavy traffic. About SSC CGL-
Combined Graduate Level (CGL) is one of the most competitive examinations of the country. Candidate selected through CGL can serve many reputed government agencies and departments like Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Intelligence Bureau (IB) Etc. - If you have applied for SSC exam earlier then enter your registration number and password in the login section. If you are applying for the first time click on New User/ Register Now and fill the basis details then follow the earlier process.
- After login in fill the basic details like address, exam center etc. and click next.
- Pay the fee online or pay through bank.
- Now check the completed form and click on submit button.
- After submitting your form take the printout of the form for future reference.
- Now you have successfully submitted your SSC CGL form.

No, SSC CGL does not have interview. Candidates are selected on the basis of written results which are conducted in many tiers. However some posts under CGL have different eligibility criteria.
Both exams have different syllabus and qualifying criteria. Number of students giving an exam also does matter. Number of candidates is very less who give SBI PO exam as compared to those who give SSC CGL. Thus SSC CGL has much more competition than bank exam. So SSC CGL exam can be said to be a bit difficult than SBI PO exam.
Earlier SSC CGL was mainly focused on mathematics and English. But this year in 2022 syllabus of this exam changed substantially and GS has now become inevitable. Now questions related to General Knowledge will also be asked in mains (Tier 2), thus having a in depth knowledge of is now become very essential.
