Essential Qualification-

1. 10+2 (Senior Secondary) pass or equivalent from a recognized board at the time of filing of application form
2. Typing Speed
   1. Speed in English Typing- 30 words per minute
   2. Speed in Hindi Typing- 25 words per minute
3. Incentive Bonus to NCC Certificate Holders
   1. NCC ‘C’ Certificate- 5% of the maximum marks of the examination
   2. NCC ‘B’ Certificate- 3% of the maximum marks of the examination
   3. NCC ‘A’ Certificate- 2% of the maximum marks of the examination

Selection procedure consists of 4 stages-

1. Computer based examination– This test will be held in online mode which will cover five subjects which are given above. This paper will have maximum 100 marks. Subject wise division of questions is also given above.
2. Physical Endurance and Measurement Test- This test will consist of racing, long jump and high jump test. The criteria is different by age and gender of the candidates. For more details read the official notification.
3. Typing Test on Computer- This test will consist of 25 marks. Candidates must have the typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
4. Computer Formatting Test- Candidates who qualify the typing test shall be called for computer formatting test. Candidates will be test for basic computer understanding and their knowledge and application of MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel will be tested.
