About UPSSSC PET-
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) conduct Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) every year and on the basis of PET result it issue separate cut offs for different posts. PET 2022 will be conducted in the month of October 2022 and result for the same will be available after some time. UPSSSC PET certificate 2022 will be available to download after the declaration of result.

After Qualifying PET-
Candidates who had passed the PET preliminary test and secured certain scores and percentile will be eligible to apply for the Mains Exam, which will be held to fill UP Lekhpal, Junior Assistant, X-Ray Technician and various other Group B and C vacancies. The score card of PET has a validity period of one year after that you have to give another PET to be eligible for the posts filled by UPSSSC. UPSSSC PET 2022 is preliminary test for shortlisting of candidates for Group B and Group C posts. This test has been mandatory for any job which is filled by UPSSSC.
The minimum eligibility criteria for this test is 10th grade. However different posts will have different eligibility criteria e.g. there will be different posts for matriculation level, intermediate level and also for graduate level.
The exam of PET will consist of 100 objective type questions with 2 hours time duration. There will be one fourth negative marking. The scores and percentile will be mentioned in the certificate.
